How can I cancel my subscription?

We hate to see you go, but you can manage your items or cancel your subscription within your account settings. Select the human icon in the upper right hand corner on the home page. Log into your account by entering your username and password. Under Account Details on the right side, select Manage Subscription to remove items and/or cancel your subscription.

How can I change the frequency of my subscriptions?

Subscription changes can be made in your account settings. Select the human icon in the upper right hand corner on the home page. Log into your account by entering your username and password. Under Account Details on the right side, select Manage Subscriptions. On the menu bar, select Frequency to modify your subscription.

Where do I subscribe if I already bought a Keep Good?

You can subscribe by selecting the Subscribe button on the home page. Choose the type of refill that matches the Keep Good you already purchased. Once selected, choose the frequency of the refill and how often you want it delivered. Note, the frequency depends on how often you will use the product each month. Proceed to the checkout area and submit your account and final payment information. An e-mail will be sent following your final purchase confirming your subscription.

What date should I expect my subscription to ship?

All subscriptions will ship 3 days prior to the 1st and 15th of the month depending on the date you subscribed. All products will be shipped through Standard Economy Shipping, which takes between 2 and 3 business days. If you need to receive your order sooner, we can expedite it for an additional fee. For additional details on which day of the month your subscription will ship, please visit your account settings on the website.
